Job Description

Morimatsu Dialog (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is currently hiring an Admin Officer to join our team. As an Admin Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
• Handling queries via phone or email.
• Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the office and hostel.
• Monitoring the validity of hostel tenancy/office tenancy.
• Submitting all hostel/office utilities bills to Finance Department on time.
• Managing office inventory such as stationery, office equipment, and furniture.
• Liaising with travel agencies/hotels to arrange accommodation for internal or external parties.
• Ensuring and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting rooms. Preparing refreshments for external meetings as needed.
• Assisting in interview arrangements as needed.
• Supporting Proposal Team in documentation work during tendering and proposal submission.
• Supporting Sales Teams by coordinating, facilitating, and preparing necessary arrangements for Road Show & client visits, surveys, and audits.
• Maintaining departmental documentation.
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: RM1,608.31 – RM3,422.64 per month
