Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manages finances and tracking cashflow of the company.
• Responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of the company.
• Analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective action plans where necessary.
• Ensures stability and establishes discipline.
• Reports financials to the board and shareholders.
• Sets financial benchmarks.
• Optimizes existing markets for the company and plans for future markets.
• Focuses on client retention.
• Manages risk and provides solutions.
• Tracks the performance of staff and company financials.
• Manages investment portfolios with surplus cashflows.
• Monitors product profitability.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• An MBA or a CFA/CPA/MIA (or equivalent professional certification) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a public listed company, Investment Bank, or Audit Firm.
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or in a relevant role.
• Good knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Solid communication and people skills.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
