Job Description
- Carrying out daily duties with full dedication and precise instructions
- Take appropriate measures to ensure all products are compiled to QA/QC -Quality & Quantity Control
- Inspect products being produced and report to your superior
- Improvise production methods for betterment
- Follow drawings when it comes to manufacturing
- Clean and count all finished products
- Assist in machine setups (multiple machines)
- Adhere to in-house Safety and Health regulations
- Dismantle, clean, repair, replace, install, and maintain equipment
- Operate forklift if qualified
- Inform supervisors/managers of critical issues, possibilities of hazards, and problems in advance
- Perform special assignments as required
- Initiate maintenance plans for all machines and tools in your department
- Update and maintain all production drawings for future reference
- Manage and update all manufacturing order forms
- Has experience in Quality Control (QC)
