Job Description
We are currently seeking a Specialist, Broker Distribution Management, Corporate for our company. As the Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with brokers and agents in our corporate division.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Identifying and recruiting potential brokers and agents
- Providing training and support to brokers and agents to ensure their success
- Building strong relationships with brokers and agents to drive business growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for broker distribution management
- Monitoring performance and providing performance feedback to brokers and agents
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in broker distribution management, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strong understanding of the corporate insurance industry is also required.
