Job Description
Cezars Kitchen is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join our expanding team in Malaysia. We are searching for the perfect candidate to join our Malaysia team.
The candidate will work directly with Cezars Kitchen office team to support the kitchen staff and also client communities.
Job Scope:
- HIRING/STAFF MANAGEMENT: Research recruitment companies. Post hiring advertisements on relevant job sites. Perform staff Background Check. Organize interviews as needed.
- STAFF UNIFORM MANAGEMENT: Ship Staff Uniform based on Uniform Request Forms. Top-up/purchase Staff Uniforms. Take month-end inventory of the Staff Uniforms. Research new uniform options as needed.
- GENERAL RESEARCH AND SUPPORT: Support with researching new products, equipment for catering events and any other research needs that arise from time to time.
- PAYROLL: Prepare attendance reports, claims & expenses, and process payroll.
- Correspondence: Filling, follow up the certificate & Food handler.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
