Job Description
- Perform general day to day administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing e-mail and letter correspondences, and handling inquiries.
- Assist billing officer in issuing original receipts.
- Handle inquiries from walk-in customers regarding statement of account status and application for electrical supply.
- Update the status of deposits from consumers.
- Maintain filing system and customer database.
- Conduct data entry and organization of documents and files.
