Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Online Sales Assistant. As an Online Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process through online platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
In this role, your main duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information
- Taking orders and processing payments through various online platforms
- Assisting in order fulfillment and coordinating shipments
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
