Job Description
We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the above position:
- SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prepare purchase order to supplier and monitor delivery status as scheduled
- Maintain and reorder stock of office supplies and equipment
- Able to negotiate with suppliers regarding price and sourcing for comparison purpose
- Arrange transport for delivery and shipment arrival schedule with custom and logistic
- Provide marketing through social media, preparation of marketing leaflets
- Process feedback inquiries to the sales team
