Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Research & Development Chemist to join our team. As a Research & Development Chemist, you will play a crucial role in new product development and improvement of existing products. Your expertise in chemistry and research methodologies will be utilized to identify innovative solutions and drive our company’s growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the R&D team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize product formulations, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and executing experiments to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Analyzing and interpreting data using various scientific techniques and instruments
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address product performance issues
- Conducting literature reviews and staying up-to-date with latest developments in the field
- Preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation for product registration and regulatory compliance
