Job Description
As Honda 4S Dealer, we seek dedicated and enthusiastic Claim Advisors to join our team located in USJ, Subang Jaya due to expansion. Your role as Claim Advisors in our Body & Paint Department includes:
- Facilitating efficient and accurate processing of insurance claims for customers’ vehicles.
- Gathering information about vehicle damage, accidents, insurance coverages and ensuring accurate documentation for claims submission and processing.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to initiate and follow up on claims in a timely manner.
- Work and liaise with the workshop team to assess repair costs, prepare repair estimates and communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters.
- Keep customers well informed on claims status including any changes or additional requirements that may arise during the repair process. Address customers’ concerns and work towards excellent customer service and resolution.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to enhance workshop efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical, Business/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Previous working experience in the similar industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
- This role requires you to work 6 days a week (Mondays – Saturdays) full day.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
