Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Supervisor – Reservations. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the reservations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and train reservations staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest procedures and processes
- Monitor reservation systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service
- Generate reports and provide analysis on reservation trends and performance
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a solid understanding of reservation systems and procedures. Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
