Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Regularly audit production processes and product quality to ensure compliance with standards.
- Regularly review and update production processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Perform quality inspection of incoming raw materials and final products.
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues.
- Ensure that products fulfill the requirements of Halal, HACCP, MeSTI, and GMP standards.
- Communicate with HACCP Consultant/HACCP Auditor and local government authorities regarding food handling and safety issues.
Requirements:
- Must have a diploma/degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Halal, HACCP, MeSTI, and GMP standards.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in quality control within the F&B industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
