Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing to purchasing, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop procurement strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and preparing reports for management.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
