Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Specialist to join our team as a Major Claims professional. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and handling major insurance claims, ensuring smooth processing and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex insurance claims, including claim assessment, investigation, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures during the claims process.
- Evaluate and analyze claim data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior claims specialists.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims management.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and claims handling procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to work well under pressure.
