Job Description

Position Summary:

The ADMINHR MANAGER at AK Success Sdn Bhd is responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
  • Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
  • Handling HR related tasks such as staff attendance, payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and foreign workers permit renewal
  • Liaising with Auditors, Tax Agent, and keeping abreast of new government policies
  • Handling petty cash management and timely payments of all utilities & internet
  • Ensuring all licenses are up-to-date
  • Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
  • Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
  • Hiring and training administrative staff
  • Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
  • Creating personnel folders for new hires
  • Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
  • Overseeing department budget planning and development
  • Managing and maintaining all department databases
  • Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Maintaining high level of integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
