Job Description
As an R&D Chemist Cosmetic, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative cosmetic products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You will be responsible for formulating, testing, and perfecting cosmetic formulations, ensuring they comply with safety and quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and staying updated with the latest trends in cosmetic ingredients and formulations.
- Developing new products and improving existing formulas through experimentation and analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and quality assurance, to ensure product success.
- Performing stability and compatibility tests to ensure product performance under various conditions.
- Documenting and analyzing test results, and making recommendations for product improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Previous experience in cosmetic formulation and R&D.
