Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and delivery orders using MYOB system
- Update accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) records
- Handle supplier account management
- Assist with general administration tasks
- Prioritize experience in debt collections
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher
- Preferably female (married)
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Familiarity with MYOB software
