Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong passion for sales. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales presentations and reports.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintaining and updating sales records, databases, and customer information.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in a sales support role is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
