Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a PMO/Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the project management office and coordinating various project activities.
Your main tasks will include creating project plans, tracking project progress, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time. You will also be responsible for organizing meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required as you will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience in project coordination or project management is preferred, but not required. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is also desirable.
