Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Training Executive (F&B). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs for our Food & Beverage department.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires and experienced staff
- Identifying training needs and developing appropriate training materials
- Creating and implementing training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of programs
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating best practices into training programs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Passion for continuous learning and development
