Job Description
- Regional Financial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for each of the four regions, aligning with overarching company goals to drive commercial success.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the budgeting process for all four regions, collaborating with regional teams to ensure financial plans are in line with business objectives and monitoring adherence to allocated budgets.
- Performance Analytics: Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis for each region, offering strategic insights to optimize profitability, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams in each region, ensuring cohesive alignment of financial strategies with regional business initiatives to maximize overall commercial impact.
- Reporting and Compliance Management: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting for all four regions, maintaining regulatory compliance and implementing robust financial controls to mitigate risks and uphold financial integrity.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of financial analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication skill including conveying financial insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
