Job Description
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for contracts.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of property and facilities-related contracts.
Implement a tracking system to monitor contract renewal dates, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
Support monitoring service contracts and agreements.
Work closely with project managers to monitor and update project timelines.
Assist in routine building inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Assist in maintaining documentation related to building management activities.
Monitor and analyze energy consumption data for improvement opportunities.
Liasing and Follow-up with vendors.
Ensure smooth running of operations by maintaining office matters such as filing, records, and organizing outstanding documents.
Any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
