Job Description

Sourcing and buying of new related products to maximize sales and maintain optimal inventory.

Liaise with suppliers on promotional activities and prompt delivery of stocks.

Negotiate with vendors regarding terms, conditions, and margins to create a competitive edge.

Analyze performance of stock and promotions to determine the effectiveness of the product assortment and promotion strategy to drive market share.

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Department, assisting in planning promotional activities and merchandise according to line master plans.

Collaborate with stores and vendors on all replenishment activities, including product range, promotion mechanics, pricing, and aging stocks.

Conduct market surveys and visit competitors constantly for current market trend analysis and customer preferences.

Assist in the setting up of new stores and major fairs/events.
