Job Description
Full-time position with TBC Elektrik Sdn Bhd.
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
Working Hours: 10:00am – 9:00pm
One rest day during weekdays
Salary: Basic + OT + commission = RM1800 to RM500 or more
Branch Location: No. 1-G, Jalan Aman Tiara 3, Bandar Tropicana Aman, 42500 Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer a consistently high level and memorable customer service.
- Be passionate in product consultation for customers to achieve a win-win situation.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly.
- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
- Keep display items clean and displayable and overall cleanliness of the outlet.
- Stock replenishment and arrange stock in out.
- Work closely with other departments.
- Assist with regular inventory counts.
- Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise; act according to company policy.
