Job Description
Pre-contract works, eg. Analyzing scope of tender, checking tender documents, calling tender / quotation, evaluate tender submission.
Post-contract works, eg. Conduct site valuation, keep track variation order, review payment certification, finalization of account.
Conduct feasibility studies, costing and budgeting construction cost.
