Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability for prompt customer delivery.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Preparing sales reports and analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
