Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the HR manager to carry out department related tasks.
• Assist the Human Resource Manager in recruitment activities, including interviewing and recruiting the right talents according to the Company’s needs and expansion plans.
• Create induction information and programs for new hires to ensure their smooth transition into the Company and their respective departments.
• Organize and maintain the HR filing system, including confidential personnel files and employee records.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding process and provide information about corporate culture and benefits plan.
• Schedule, plan, and coordinate staff activities.
• Administer health and welfare plans, including enrolments and terminations.
• Update internal databases with new employee information and employment forms.
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
• Work closely with the Marketing department in creating and executing HR initiatives through videos, TikToks, photos, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably Insurance) or any equivalent.
• CGPA OF 3.2 and above.
• Internship duration between 3 months – 6 months depending on University’s/Institute’s requirements.
• Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Internship

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Salary: RM500.00 per month
