Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Eskayvie’s international expansion strategy, aligning with the company’s overall business goals.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, conducting market research and analysis.
• Create and manage strategic partnerships with international organizations, fostering relationships that contribute to successful market entry and growth.
• Oversee the launch and growth of new international markets, ensuring effective implementation of expansion plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, sales, marketing, and local partners, to drive successful expansion initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress of international expansion projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international expansion or related roles.
• Proven experience in international business development and expansion.
• Understanding of Eskayvie’s product and services, as well as the ability to assess and adapt them to diverse markets.
• Strong understanding of global markets, cultural nuances, laws, and business practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets in international markets.
• Experience in direct selling is considered a significant advantage.
