Job Description
As a Finance & Admin Executive (Intern), you will be exposed to various financial activities, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. You will work collaboratively with various departments to analyze financial data, make recommendations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating spreadsheets of monthly cashflow forecast.
- Assisting in preparing daily finance duties, such as preparing payment and updating received payment, etc.
- Ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into the system.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Reviewing and processing reimbursements.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Processing and recording monthly invoices.
- Following up on payments with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,00.00 – RM1,500.00 per month
