Job Description
- Be the main point of contact for multiple clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets by driving direct client sales
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Manage day-to-day interactions with clients to facilitate media sales and marketing
- Communicate all relevant issues to clients and keep them informed
- Offer proactive recommendations to clients to optimize advertising performance
- Solicit client feedback on media campaign budgets and plans
- Incorporate client feedback into sales and site development planning processes
- Retain current clients and acquire new accounts
- Coordinate with both external and internal partners to ensure successful delivery of client needs
- Research and report on market trends, competitor situations, customer needs, opportunities, and threats
- Ensure timely collection of client receivables from assigned clients
- Possess a diploma/bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and BM
- Have 2 years of experience working in marketing agency account management, client-side marketing roles, or marketing media sales/account management
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Display excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and clients concurrently
