Job Description

Company Background:

We are representing a client who is a manufacturer of traditional Chinese medicines. As they are expanding, they are currently looking for a sales support admin to join their team.

Job Description:

  • Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders.
  • Issue Delivery Order & Invoice.
  • Collect cash and cheques and maintain a daily sales register file, handle bank matters, and deal with Finance in HK, etc.
  • Handle local purchases for re-sale, payment requests, follow-up payments, etc.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Sales & Admin Department.
  • Handle administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations, and shipment arrangements with local and overseas forwarders.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and sales coordination.
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics documentations and shipment arrangements with local and overseas forwarders is an added advantage.
  • Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills and meticulous.
  • Good attention to detail and organizing skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin to be able to process sales orders and interact with customers effectively.
