We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Service Desk & Operations Specialist. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s computer systems and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Manage and maintain the Service Desk system, ensuring timely response and resolution of tickets
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying areas for optimization
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT support environment
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
