Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the business needs related to CAD (Computer-Aided Design) solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose innovative technology solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements for CAD solutions.
- Conducting interviews and workshops to gather insights from end-users and subject matter experts.
- Performing analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions and their impact on business processes.
- Creating detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of CAD software and its applications in various industries. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise requirements.
