Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an Associate – Investment Asset Infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing investment opportunities related to infrastructure assets.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting due diligence on potential projects, preparing financial models and investment analysis, and presenting recommendations to senior management. You will also work closely with the investment team to identify market trends and develop investment strategies.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the development of investment strategies and market research.
- Monitor the performance of existing infrastructure investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field. You should also possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in infrastructure investments or project finance will be advantageous.
