Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sales Intern, to be based in Klang Valley. Grab an exciting opportunity to learn on the field on medical sales, with established medical accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration with our Sales Leads. If you are an enthusiastic learner and passionate about sales, this would serve as a great platform to learn on the ground and understand market practices in a sales environment.
Objective of the Internship:
- Provide the opportunity and equip fresh graduates with the basic skills and technical knowledge to venture into the medical device sales career.
- This program would be a course of 3-6 months until the end of Dec 2023.
- This program would be placed under the guided leadership of a trained Sales Lead within Johnson & Johnson Malaysia.
Job Description:
- Assists in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives.
- Assists in implementing market development and field marketing activities.
- Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders/market conditions.
- Operation Room Attendance and Surgery Support.
Qualifications
Requirement:
- Graduates with any Degree background are welcome to apply, from Science to business management fields.
- Passionate about sales / Avid interest in Medical Devices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilience/ability to cope with rejection.
- High degree of self-motivation and discipline.
