Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating various training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop training materials, and conduct engaging and informative sessions. Additionally, you will monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying training needs and developing relevant programs
- Creating training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
- Maintaining training records and monitoring employee progress
