Job Description
- General clerical duties including filing, posting of notices, and ordering of parts and supplies as instructed.
- Assist with and/or prepare materials.
- Create Work Order in the system, recording incoming and outgoing stock.
- Use the system to input Goods Receive, Stock Issue, and Stock Adjustment.
- Handle related invoices or billings and other related documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents and systematic filing.
- Any tasks assigned from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Department.

Salary: RM1,600.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
