Job Description

Handle daily opening and closing procedures.

• Accurately record every transaction and purchase in Point-of-Sales system.
• Scan goods during customer checkout and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Manage transactions made in cash, QR pay, debit card, and credit card.
• Be aware of all promotions that the company is currently offering which have price differences.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Maintain correct cash balance at the cash register.
• Provide assistance during customer interactions or any inquiries and complaints.
• Manage the check-out area and ensure each station remains clean and efficiently run.
