Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at MBO CINEMA SDN BHD. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based and non-coffee-based drinks, as well as efficiently presenting food items. If you have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a cafe environment, possess food handling knowledge, and are knowledgeable about different types of coffees, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee-based drinks with the coffee machine and other non-coffee-based drinks with facilities provided.
- Prepare and present food efficiently and quickly.
- Follow all company Food and Beverage recipes and procedures.
- Provide excellent service and experience to our customers.
- Follow Cafe Operation policies & procedures, including those for cash handling and food safety.
Requirements:
- At least a SPM.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a cafe as a Barista/Cafe Crew.
- Food handling knowledge.
- Knowledge in different types of coffees.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle cash.
- Able to interact with management, co-workers, and the public.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Willing to work during public holidays, weekends, and shifts.
- This role will be based in Jalan Gasing, Petaling Jaya.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
