Job Description

a. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum framework and standards.

b. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

c. Foster critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning among students through innovative instructional strategies.

d. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

e. Establish and maintain classroom routines, rules, and expectations to promote positive behavior and mutual respect.

f. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate interventions to support individual learning needs.

g. Take up any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Head of Department.
