Job Description
- Identifying the hiring needs of our company.
- Complying with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) requirements.
- Carrying out the entire recruitment process diligently from the beginning.
- Crafting job requirements and descriptions for all positions in the retail department.
- Creating and posting job ads on various platforms to attract qualified and skilled candidates.
- Creating attractive compensation packages and benefits programs for open job positions.
- Conducting orientation, training, and development programs for new hires.
- Managing employee records and payroll data of all retail staff.
- Coordinating with Store Manager and other HR professionals.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by the employees.
- Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing necessary feedback.
- Researching new trends and advancements in the human resources field.
- Reporting on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Managing payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules, and seasonal employment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,700.00 – RM3,300.00 per month
