Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Operation Building Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our buildings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in maintenance, security, and tenant services.
Your primary duties will include managing maintenance and repair tasks, coordinating security measures, and overseeing the implementation of building policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for budget management, supplier and contractor management, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with a strong background in facility management and building operations. You should have a keen eye for detail and be adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
