Job Description
As an Assistant Buyer, you will join our dynamic purchasing team and play a vital role in supporting our procurement activities. In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Buyer to source and select high-quality products at competitive prices. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also assist in managing relationships with existing suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a keen eye for market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good communication skills are also essential. Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role would be an advantage.
