Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards
- Respond to face and telephone inquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives, and a wide range of staff groups.
- Maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels display
- Order items (consumables) within and outside the department
- Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers, and elsewhere
- Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines/products
- Assisting in inquiries of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer.
- To provide the highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers. Building a relationship with the customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
