Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage showroom and stores’ daily operations and sales at Kuala Lumpur International Airports (KLIA and KLIA 2)
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to ensure their active engagement in achieving the company’s objectives
Identify and address any arising issues, while demonstrating strong decision-making skills

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field
Experience in people handling, business review, inventory
Have 3 years as Store Supervisor, depending on their prior work experience
Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Other skills: Time management, people skills and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
