Job Description
Executing HR procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
To drive company’s HR strategies and systems, including metrics, queries and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
Full responsible for monthly payroll computation and familiar with payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF &PCB).
Ensure legal compliance of country employment laws & regulations and update policies and/or procedures as required.
Assist in administering benefits, compensation and employee performance programs.
