Job Description
- Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean and orderly public area in the mall
- Inspect all concourse areas, washrooms, all public spaces (common area) and ensure the cleaning standards are maintained at all times
- Check cleaning equipment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action
- Ensure smooth daily routine operation of housekeeping
- Supervise contract cleaners and ensure that the manpower supply is enough for all shift duties
- Assist immediate superior in spearheading monitoring and taking corrective measures for housekeeping to ensure the shopping mall is kept in tip-top condition
- Ensure that all outsourced associates comply with grooming and uniform standards
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
