Job Description

As the F&B Operation Assistant Manager at Rasadulu Cafe, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily F&B operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily F&B operations, including dining areas, bars, and banquets.
• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure an adequate supply of food and beverages, considering forecasted demand.
• Training and supervising F&B service staff, including servers, bartenders, and host/hostesses.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and placing orders as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implementing strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs, including pricing, menu engineering, and waste management.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and special events to drive business.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations of F&B staff and providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall F&B operations.
