Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Claims Category Manager to join our team. As a Claims Category Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the claims process and managing the claims department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims process.
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and implement necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate claims handling.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the claims team, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and claims handling procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
