Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Zone Lead (FLM). As a Zone Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned zone, ensuring efficient workflow and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train employees within the zone to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the zone, including displays and product merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing proactive measures
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
